In today's Gospel Mark tells of Jesus and the disciples return to his home. When Jesus was not able to perform any "Mighty Deeds" there, he was amazed at the lack of Faith that surrounded him. Does the response to Jesus sound familiar?
June was a very significant month in the life of our parish. Thirty-six youth received the Sacrament of Confirmation and we, as a parish family, renewed our Stewardship commitment to share our Time, Talent and Treasure with our parish family and community.
We pray that those confirmed and all of our youth know that there is always a place called "Home" at Our Lady of Consolation and they are welcome, respected, appreciated and loved. We also pray that our seniors will always find a place of respect, love, friendship and gratitude at Our Lady of Consolation.
We welcome our new parishioners. Please consider joining one of our many ministries. You are part of a wonderful family that celebrate and live our Faith.
To all who so willingly give their Time, Talent & Treasure for making this parish the hands, and feet of our loving God.God Bless You!
