The four pillars of Stewardship are Hospitality, Prayer, Formation and Service. They are the foundation upon which Stewardship is lived.
This weekend, we have an opportunity to be a disciple by committing to share our Time, Talent and Treasure with our parish family and community.
He continues to tell His followers about what it means to be a disciple of Jesus. In today’s Gospel we hear Jesus teach about faith and service to God.
Who is a Steward?A Steward is one who receives God’s gifts gratefully, cherishes and tends them in a responsible and accountable manner, shares them with love to others, and returns them with increase to God.
Jesus invites us to “take up our cross daily.” And some days we are called to take up someone else’s cross also, so they can catch a breath, have a short rest, or simply have faith in the goodness of humanity.
May we take this time of Stewardship Renewal to acknowledge our blessings and share them with others.
It is time for that “mustard seed” within all of us to burst out in all its love and beauty.
Remember, we are the hands and feet of a loving God.
Please complete and return your Stewardship Commitment.
