Dear Parishioners,
In today’s Gospel according to Mark, Jesus makes reference to a mustard seed and that when it is sown in the ground, it is the smallest of all the seeds on earth. However, once sown it springs up to become a large plant and puts forth large branches, so the birds of the sky can dwell in its shade.
Next week is commitment weekend, and as a Parish Family, we are requested to make our stewardship commitment to share our gifts from God with others. As a Stewardship Parish, we have opportunities to share our Time, Talent and Treasure with our Parish Family and community.
Please take time during this renewal to decide how you will acknowledge God’s gifts by sharing them with others. Plant the seed this renewal, that will grow and flourish in the beauty of God’s grace.
Our commitment is a dedication to what matters in our lives.
Happy and Blessed Father’s Day!
