Dear Parishioners,

During the past several weeks, we have all witnessed, and some experienced, the devastation of Mother Nature. The winds and water that help cool us in the summer’s heat turned violent, destroying much in its path. Many people have lost so much, and yet we see the compassion and love of so many reaching out to those in need. I share with you a reflection of St. Teresa of Avila who understood the importance of living our faith through our actions.

CHRIST’S BODY IS YOURS

 

“Christ has no body but yours,
No hands, no feet on earth but yours,
Yours are the eyes with which
he looks with compassion on the world,
Yours are the feet with which he walks to do good,

Our parish offers over forty ministries for your participation. Several of our ministries need addition members. If you are not a member of any ministry or wish to join an additional ministry please consider this an invitation to share your Time and Talent. If you cannot participate in a ministry at this time, please keep us in your prayers.
