Dear Parishioner,
The church recognizes Baptism as a universal sacrament and accepts Baptism done in any other denomination, Protestant or Orthodox, as legitimate and binding. It is the essential sacrament of initiation and it is the beginning of our lifelong journey as true children of God by virtue of Christian Baptism.
Trinity Sunday reminds us that God is omnipresent to His people since the beginning. First as God the Father, then God the Son and, of course, present to us today as the Holy Spirit, who continues to guide our church. It assures us that when Jesus says, “I am with you always, until the end of the age” it is by the power of the Holy Spirit that He continues to guide us both individually and as a community of believers.
On this the Feast of the Holy Trinity, I implore everyone to remember the vows of your own Baptism and live your faith with profound dignity and grace all the days of your life.![]()
